CTS was first created as an on-site computer repair and troubleshooting company. With training from Centriq Training of Leawood Kansas, the owner created CTS. As we grew, we decided to expand our expertise to Full-Stack Web Application Development. The owner returned to Centriq for Application Development training and we added to our list of services. Successfully maintained more than 1500 devices ranging from iPads to Servers for an entire School District. Reimaged 300+ desktop computers during summer hours between school years. Enrolled and deployed 450 new Chrome Devices. Maintained multiple Windows Servers and communicated tickets that required escalation. Deployed and updated software as needed by the school district.
2009 - 2014
Successfully maintained records of maintenance and repairs to all SONAR electronics systems. Communicated all maintenance deficiencies to leadership for repair. Protected a multi-billion-dollar submarine by standing armed watches while in port. Established a high standard of administrative skills and outstanding organizational skills as the Work-center Supervisor.
